Join a vibrant, high-performing estate agency in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea! With over 50 years of expertise in central London property, we are seeking a skilled Lettings & Compliance Coordinator to support our dedicated lettings team and ensure the seamless operation of our office.

About the Role:
This is a pivotal position for an experienced professional ready to make an impact! You will manage compliance checks, draft tenancy agreements, and support lettings operations, helping us elevate our service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, keys, calendars, and administrative tasks.
  • Handle landlord and tenant inquiries with excellent customer service.
  • Organise property handovers, viewings, and internal scheduling.
  • Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screening.
  • Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and ensure deposit registration.
  • Oversee compliance for move-ins/outs and maintain tenancy documentation.
  • Maintain records in Alto CRM and shared filing systems.
  • Assist with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property admin or lettings support (essential).
  • At least 1 year in an estate agency office environment (essential).
  • Understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Alto preferred), MS Office, and digital tools.
