Job Advert: Lettings & Compliance Coordinator


Join a vibrant, high-performing estate agency in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea! With over 50 years of expertise in central London property, we are seeking a skilled Lettings & Compliance Coordinator to support our dedicated lettings team and ensure the seamless operation of our office.


About the Role:
This is a pivotal position for an experienced professional ready to make an impact! You will manage lettings operations, including compliance checks and drafting tenancy agreements. Your expertise will help us enhance our service to landlords and tenants.


Key Responsibilities:


Office & Team Support:

  • Manage office supplies, keys, calendars, and administrative tasks.
  • Be the first point of contact for landlord and tenant inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Organise property handovers, viewings, and internal scheduling.

Lettings & Compliance:

  • Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screenings efficiently.
  • Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and ensure deposits are registered correctly.
  • Oversee move-in/move-out compliance and maintain accurate tenancy records.

Systems & Records:

  • Maintain accurate records in Alto CRM and shared filing systems.
  • Assist with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking to support business growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property admin or lettings support (essential).
  • At least 1 year in an estate agency office environment (essential).
  • Deep understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Alto preferred), MS Office, and digital tools.
