Responsibilities

Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants.
Arranging and conducting professional property viewings.
Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants.
Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties based on requirements.
Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients throughout the process.
Identifying and generating new business opportunities to support growth.
Working towards and achieving individual and branch targets.
