Job summary

Pear Recruitment in Watford is seeking a confident Lettings Consultant to value properties and drive lettings in the mid to high-end market. The role requires excellent communication, a proactive approach and the ability to manage landlord/tenant enquiries while coordinating viewings and negotiations.

You will work in a dynamic team, handling tenancy agreements, references and regular client feedback, with a 5-day week including Saturdays. Mileage paid and career growth available.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails.
• Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking background details and emailing relevant applicants when required.
• Arranging /conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating lets through to move in.
• Referencing potential tenants.
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices.
• Assisting with business generation.
• Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback.
• Providing high levels of customer service.
• Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients.
• Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business.
• Generating T&C's.
• Maintain an up-to-date database.

Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 OTE £36,000 - £42,000

Hours: 5-day week including Saturdays - Monday to Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Every Saturday 10am - 3pm with Tuesday off

They are currently seeking a confident, experienced and driven Lettings Consultant who can value properties and hit the ground running.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join this friendly, talented team and play a key role within a proactive and expanding business. The successful candidate will predominantly be working across the mid to high-end lettings market, dealing with High end properties and clients.

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, articulate and a motivated individual who has a genuine passion for property, excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.
