Proper Recruitment has been tasked with sourcing a motivated, proactive Lettings Negotiator for one of the UK's largest independent estate agents in Islington, London.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting property viewings and market appraisals
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Collaborating with team members to achieve targets
• Staying informed about property market trends

Requirements

• Interest in property; ARLA qualification is a bonus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving license; own car preferred
• Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 (including Car Allowance)

On Target Earnings (OTE)

• Car Allowance or Pool Car
