Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care UK in Birmingham is seeking an Account Manager – Lens Care for the UK Grocery Channel. You will scale Lens Care across the UK Grocery Channel, growing 11 major accounts and winning new distribution in up to 55 retailers.

You will build compelling commercial proposals, link with cross-functional teams, and travel to meet retailers and ZEISS stakeholders. The role requires strong financial modelling and presentation skills, a UK driving licence, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Proven experience building business with UK grocery retailers (min 2).
• Track record of winning new accounts in UK grocery or similar FMCG environment.
• Strong ability to create professional customer presentations and model financials.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers/ZEISS offices.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with 11 major UK grocery accounts and win new distribution in up to 55 retailers.
• Model revenue and investment plans in spreadsheets to hit targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain, global lens care) to activate plans on time.
• Maintain and develop a strong network within existing and target grocery accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft campaigns and secure retailer meetings.
• Evolve the value proposition to maximise distribution and support ZEISS growth ambitions.
