EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an Optical Lenses Category Sales Manager to drive growth of the lens category across the Western region of the UK, including Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and Worcester. You will own Tier 3 customers while actively pursuing new business and elevating partners through the tiers.

Success comes from balancing disciplined account management with a relentless focus on acquiring new business and expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Experience in the optical industry, ideally as a Dispensing Optician or similar.
• Proven experience in field sales or account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record in sales and business development, ideally within a field-based setting.
• Strong ability to generate new business while managing an existing customer base.
• Commercially driven with a focus on growth and results.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 3 customers, delivering revenue growth through lens brands and solutions.
• Increase penetration of key lens brands and solutions (Varilux, Transitions, Crizal).
• Identify, target, and win new independent optical customers with territory plans.
• Build strong customer relationships and expand share of wallet through value-based selling.
• Develop growth plans for high-potential accounts and progress customers through tiers.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and convert lapsed customers into active partners.
• Act as a trusted lens category expert to improve patient outcomes and practice profitability.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline across new business, growth, and reactivation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnership Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.
