Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven capability in new customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated sales experience with KPI delivery and growth.
• Business-to-business sales experience.
• Clean driving licence (or up to 3 points).
• Analytical and problem-solving skill set.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
• Previous sales experience in optical/medical devices/pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers within the territory to drive commercial performance.
• Drive revenue from existing independent opticians through long-term partnerships.
• Identify commercial opportunities and manage delivery/execution.
• Be the key contact for customers and deliver insights to support success.
• Keep CRM up to date and report progress against KPIs and barriers.
