Lending Product Manager - End-to-End, Regulated Finance

Job summary

JSS partners with a UK challenger bank to recruit an experienced product manager for a six-month assignment in lending. You will own each product from concept through launch, sale, and withdrawal, representing the customer and ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice.

Working with the Head of Lending Products, you will shape the strategy, set KPIs, and drive end-to-end delivery across commercial, SME and real estate lending, balancing risk and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated financial services and in a lending product role (MCOBS/CCA knowledge preferred).
• Exposure to commercial, SME and real estate lending.
• Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills; proven digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and the roadmap with Head of Lending Products.
• Own each lending product end to end from ideation to withdrawal.
• Set KPIs, measure performance and propose changes.
