Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Product Manager to shape lending products (overdrafts, unsecured loans, mortgages, cards) and cross-cutting origination and collections. You’ll partner with Business Development, Customer Success and Engineering to design client-focused solutions and own the product backlog within a fast-moving, flat-structure team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in product management or product ownership
• Experience with fintech or regulated banking environments is a plus
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and analytics tools
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with engineering and design teams

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Lending domain
• Gather client requirements and translate to solutions
• Own product backlog and collaborate with engineering
• Work with Business Development and Customer Success to align needs
• Explain what, how and why of features to sprint teams
