Engine by Starling is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Lending team. You will own end-to-end delivery of sub-domain features across overdrafts, unsecured loans, mortgages and cards, shaping product strategy and collaborating with Delivery, Customer Success, and Engineering to meet client needs.

You will work closely with Business Development to present capabilities, prioritise requirements, and drive scalable lending products across markets, balancing technical and business tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• Proven product Manager or Product Owner with shipping complex products.
• Built or improved lending products and driven growth.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-evolving organisation.
• Experience in FinTech or regulated banking/lending environments.
• Technical background or strong technical curiosity is valued.
• Ability to clearly explain backlog rationale to engineering/design teams; manage stakeholder expectations.
• PM experience to improve ways of working; coaching other PMs is a plus.
