Village Hotels in Filton is looking for a welcoming Leisure Club Reception host to greet guests, take bookings, and ensure smooth operations at the Leisure Club desk. You’ll be the first friendly face for members and guests, verify entry, and keep a tidy, professional reception area.

You’ll develop product knowledge of the hotel facilities, advise on promotions, handle questions, and carry out cash handling and safety procedures in line with health and licensing laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to handle cash and security procedures.
• Maintain clean, professional reception area.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm, friendly greeting on arrival and ensure expectations are met.
• Run the desk efficiently, record booking details accurately, and verify bona fide members/guests.
• Keep reception area clean and presentable, and maintain personal presentation.
• Master product knowledge of the hotel, assist with promotions, advise on facilities and opening times.
• Adhere to cash handling, security, Health & Safety, and Licensing Laws.
