Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking an experienced Leisure Manager for Finlake Resort & Spa. You will oversee pools, gym, reception, and activities, leading the leisure team to deliver safe, welcoming and well-presented facilities for owners, members and holiday guests.

The role combines people leadership, health and safety, customer experience and commercial performance. A detailed understanding of swimming pool operations and SOPs/NOPs/EAPs will be essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within a leisure, health club, holiday park or similar operational environment.
• Detailed practical knowledge of swimming pool and pool plant operations.
• Experience of leading, supervising or developing team members.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a leisure environment.
• Ability to understand and implement SOPs, NOPs and EAPs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness including revenue generation and guest retention.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Professional, accountable and confident taking ownership of day-to-day leisure operations.
• A full, valid UK driving licence may be required where driving forms part of the duties.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the leisure facilities, including swimming pools, gym, reception, membership services and leisure activities.
• Lead, support and develop the leisure team, ensuring clear expectations and consistently high standards.
• Ensure the leisure facilities are safe, clean, welcoming and operationally ready.
• Oversee swimming pool and pool plant operations, including water testing, plant checks and operational records.
• Maintain a strong health and safety culture and ensure SOPs, NOPs and EAPs are understood and followed.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for owners, members and holiday guests.
• Support reception and membership services, including enquiries, renewals and customer queries.
• Support commercial performance through membership growth and efficient cost management.
• Identify operational issues and take ownership of solutions through to resolution.
• Collaborate with park management and other departments to support wider park operations.
