ibis London Heathrow Airport is seeking a Reservations & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the hotel's reservations function with a strong focus on leisure groups, while managing accounts receivable and credit control activities.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with guests, tour operators, and travel partners. You will collaborate with Front Office and other departments to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Reservations Supervisor or Reservations Coordinator.
• Experience managing leisure group bookings.
• Experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel's reservations function with a focus on leisure groups.
• Coordinate group bookings from enquiry through to arrival.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel partners.
• Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and credit control processes.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries.
• Prepare reservations and accounts receivable reports.
• Work closely with Front Office and other hotel departments as required.
