Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Hotel Reservations Manager on maternity cover at Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites London Heathrow. You will oversee the reservations process, manage inventory and rates, and coordinate Meetings & Events with Sales, Operations and F&B to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a team of reservation agents, ensure accurate documentation, and use data to drive improvements while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing hotel reservations systems.
• Ability to coordinate Meetings & Events from inquiry to completion.
• Strong leadership to motivate hotel team and drive process improvements.
• Proven track record in maintaining accurate reservation records and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations from start to finish ensuring seamless guest experience.
• Manage room inventory, rates, and allocation with reservations agents and team.
• Coordinate Meetings & Events, liaising with Sales, Operations and F&B to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to support revenue and guest satisfaction.
