Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking a proactive Leisure Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility, ensuring safety, high standards and excellent customer experience.

Working with the General Manager, you will coach Duty Managers, drive continuous improvement using performance data, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or leisure operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient operation of the facility with health and safety compliance.
• Support General Manager in delivering plans and growth.
