Leisure Solutions Community Trust is recruiting a Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility and deliver safe, welcoming, high-performing services.

You will work closely with the General Manager to drive growth, innovation and excellent customer experiences, while coaching Duty Managers and developing staff to their full potential. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities management, leisure operations or a similar operational leadership environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the safe, effective and efficient operation of the facility, ensuring high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Support the General Manager in delivering operational plans, business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Manage, coach and develop Duty Managers and departmental leaders, creating headroom for people to grow and perform at their best.
• Drive excellent customer service, building trust with customers, stakeholders and the local community.
• Use performance data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Take responsibility for facility readiness, keyholder duties and emergency response support when required.
