Kew Green Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Leisure Club Supervisor to lead a team and deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across our leisure facilities.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support inductions and group exercise programmes, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and help drive membership and revenue growth through excellent service.

Competenze

• Experience in a leisure, fitness or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service with focus on member and guest experience.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Lead leisure team to deliver safe, engaging guest experiences.
• Oversee inductions and support group exercise programmes.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and high presentation standards.
• Monitor health & safety checks and report KPIs on membership and revenue.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive memberships and secondary revenue.
• Coach Leisure Assistants to build a strong team.
