You will coordinate bookings, handle inquiries, maintain safety and hygiene, keep records, assist with inventory, and work with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.

A high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service are preferred, with supervisory experience

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
• Preferred supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train reception staff, guiding high service standards.
• Coordinate bookings and reservations for club activities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization across leisure club areas.
• Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
• Maintain records of guest interactions, transactions, staff performance.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Implement improvements based on guest feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil guest requests.
