Delta Hotels by Marriott York is recruiting an experienced Leisure Club Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the day-to-day operation of the leisure club, ensuring a safe, welcoming, high-quality guest experience for members and hotel guests.

You will oversee pool operations, water testing and health and safety, manage the leisure team, and work within budgets to drive membership sales and retention.

Qualifications

• Leisure or fitness management experience preferred.
• Pool Lifeguard and First Aid qualifications beneficial.
