Job summary

Bespoke Hotels seeks a dedicated Leisure Club Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our facilities. You will supervise guests, assist with reception duties and help maintain the leisure areas, contributing to a welcoming, well-run club environment.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be 18 or over
• Experience in a guest-facing role is preferred
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
• A passion for spa and wellness is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests about facilities and activities; promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere
• Reception duties
• Maintain fitness center cleanliness and supplies; manage towels and refreshments
• Handle guest queries and assist with bookings when necessary
• Assist injured guests until EMS arrives and report safety concerns
