Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a customer-focused Leisure Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Leisure Club. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and vibrant member experience while upholding high standards of service and facilities.

Reporting to the Leisure Club Manager, you’ll conduct inductions, assist with fitness programmes, monitor safety, and contribute to member engagement and growth. The role is based on site at our Bromsgrove hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within leisure, fitness or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with members and guests.
• Proactive, positive and can-do attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail, particularly around safety and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and guest wellbeing.
• Recognised Pool Responder and First Aid certificates are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of a positive and engaging Health & Leisure Club experience for members and guests.

• Completing daily and weekly safety checks in line with company standards.

• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures, including pool safety and emergency protocols.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leisure Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Leisure Club. You’ll be at the heart of the member experience, ensuring the club is clean, safe and engaging while delivering service that keeps members coming back.

Reporting to the Leisure Club Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting both operational excellence and a positive, inclusive environment.

About the Role
