You will manage bookings, maintain accurate records, process payments, coordinate with other departments and uphold safety and hygiene standards to ensure a memorable Marriott experience. This role requires a positive attitude and strong communication in a busy hotel lobby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
