Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Worsley Park Country Club in Walkden is seeking a Front Office Associate to deliver warm, guest-focused service across weddings, golf events, corporate bookings and leisure stays.

You will check guests in and out, answer questions about menus and services, handle transactions, and report maintenance or security issues to supervisors; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Front Office Associate role at Delta by Marriott Worsley Park Country Club.
• Host a blend of guests & events including weddings, golf, sports teams, corporate guests & leisure visitors.
• Record all transactions in the appropriate computer systems.
• Prepare and monitor the Front Office area for service and guest comfort.
• Complete closing duties, including cash handling/banking.
• Report maintenance or security issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training when required.
