Job summary

Delta by Marriott Worsley Park invites a friendly Front Office Associate to join our busy hotel team. You will host guests at check-in and check-out, advise on dining and leisure options, and ensure a smooth arrival experience for weddings, golf events, corporate groups and leisure visitors.

Record transactions in our front office systems, handle cash with care, and report maintenance or security issues promptly. Training will be provided to help you deliver warm, country club resort service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the Front Office area for service and guest comfort.
• Provide a warm welcome and country club resort style check-in and check-out to guests, advising them of menu options and answering questions about products & services where necessary.
• Record all transactions in the appropriate computer systems.
• Complete closing duties, including cash handling/banking.
• Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training when required.
