Seamill Hydro Hotel is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to join the team at Seamill Hydro Hotel. Roles available part-time and full-time for individuals starting in leisure and hospitality or seasoned attendants seeking a new challenge.

We value enthusiastic, customer‑focused people who create a welcoming, safe environment within our leisure facilities and can support fitness programmes as required.

Qualificações

• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Reliable and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leisure or hospitality beneficial but not essential.
• Qualifications advantageous; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, friendly, professional service to guests and members.
• Operate the leisure reception, handle enquiries, bookings and face-to-face interactions.
• Supervise poolside areas and maintain a safe environment for users.
• Assist with fitness classes and leisure programmes as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in leisure facilities.
• Carry out regular safety checks and follow health and safety procedures.
• Support the wider leisure team to ensure smooth daily operations.
