Job summary

Seamill Hydro Hotel in Scotland is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant for part-time and full-time roles. You will welcome guests, operate the leisure reception, and help maintain a safe, clean environment in the leisure facilities.

Training is provided; Level 2 Gym Instructor or Lifeguard qualifications are advantageous. The role supports fitness programmes and daily operations within the RAD Hotel Group.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset.
• Previous leisure or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Qualifications in gym instruction or lifeguarding are advantageous; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to guests and members.
• Operate the leisure reception, handle enquiries, bookings and face-to-face interactions.
• Supervise poolside areas and maintain a safe environment for all users.
• Assist with fitness classes and leisure programmes as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across facilities.
• Carry out safety checks and follow health and safety procedures.
• Support the wider leisure team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests and members.
• Operating the leisure reception, handling telephone enquiries, bookings, and face-to-face guest interactions.
• Supervising poolside areas and helping to maintain a safe environment for all users.
• Assisting with fitness classes and leisure programmes where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the leisure facilities.
• Carrying out regular safety checks and following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider leisure team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
