Mineral House Spa is seeking a friendly Leisure Attendant to ensure a safe, welcoming and pristine leisure experience for guests. You will manage day-to-day presentation of gym, pool, Jacuzzi and steam room, deliver excellent service and support health and safety compliance.

You will actively promote memberships, treatments and spa offers while maintaining high standards and a proactive, team-focused attitude within Crowne Plaza Newcastle - Stephenson Quarter.

Formación

• Experience in leisure, hospitality, health club, spa or customer service is desirable.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety and compliance.
• Confidence promoting memberships, offers and services.
• Willingness to undertake and maintain required training and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and members with a warm, professional welcome.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across facilities.
• Carry out pool plant and water quality checks and record readings.
• Act as Pool Responder and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Complete daily safety, health and compliance checks.
• Promote memberships, upgrades and current offers to guests.
