Job summary

Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort in West Kilbride is seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our restaurant team on a part-time basis. You’ll deliver friendly, professional bar service to restaurant guests and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include crafting beverages, assisting with bar setups, supporting weddings and events, keeping the bar tidy, and collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service. 18+ with a positive attitude encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional when interacting with guests.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Must be 18 years old or over.

• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support weddings, functions and events when required.

• Help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar Staff to join our restaurant team at Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent bar service to our restaurant guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives a great experience.

As part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Seamill Hydro offers a busy and varied hospitality environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to support weddings, private celebrations and other functions when required, giving you the chance to gain experience across different areas of the hotel.
