Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Leisure Club Assistant to deliver a high-quality leisure experience for guests. You will support pool and gym operations, welcome visitors, and help maintain a safe, clean environment across the facilities.

The role involves 40 hours per week over 5 days, with front desk duties, programme delivery, and coordination of bookings and memberships. Training and a friendly team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in leisure or hospitality.
• First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests, provide information on facilities, services and programmes.
• Ensure equipment and areas are clean, safe and well-maintained per health and safety rules.
• Monitor pool and gym activities to maintain a safe environment for users.
• Assist with delivery of leisure and fitness programmes, including classes and sessions.
• Carry out front desk duties: bookings, payments and membership inquiries.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks and report issues.
