Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy leisure centre, taking overall responsibility for its financial, commercial and operational performance. You will empower your site leadership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve membership and revenue objectives and maintain high operational standards.

You will develop your people, use performance data to guide decisions and build productive relationships with clients, community groups and health and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Previous GM experience in a Leisure Centre.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Experience delivering financial or commercial objectives with budget responsibility.
• Experience using performance measures to drive improvements.
• Track record of improving customer service, membership or retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leisure centre and own financial, commercial and operational performance.
