You will drive commercial performance across multiple revenue streams, coach a team through change, and create an inviting environment that boosts participation in sport and wellbeing. Strong stakeholder relationships and community engagement are essential for attracting and retaining customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands-on management experience in a multi-revenue environment (e.g. leisure, fitness, sports or hospitality).
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive decisions that improve the bottom line.
• Strong leadership and coaching of direct reports and the wider team.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving business with a passion for customer service.
• Leisure background preferred; hospitality candidates with strong commercial and people leadership considered.

• Drive commercial performance across multiple revenue streams, delivering key operational and financial targets
• Build, coach and motivate a team, leading them confidently through change
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages participation in sport, physical activity and wellbeing
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community, shaping an offer that attracts and retains customers

About you

• Minimum 2-3 years’ hands-on management experience in a multi-revenue stream environment (e.g. leisure, fitness, sports or Hospitality)
• Commercial mindset, able to drive decisions that improve the bottom line.
• A strong leader and coach who develops direct reports and the wider team.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving business, with a real passion for customer service.
• A leisure background is ideal, though candidates from hospitality with strong commercial and people leadership are welcome
