Places Leisure is seeking a General Manager for our Basingstoke site to lead a multi-functional team and drive delivery of outstanding leisure services to communities. You will own financial, commercial and operational performance, using KPI data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

You will oversee membership sales, retention, and revenue while ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience and that partnerships with the Council and community partners are effective.

Qualificações

• Experience leading and developing a multi-functional operational team.
• Experience managing a leisure facility or similar customer-focused operation.
• Proven ability to manage operational, commercial and financial targets.
• Confident using performance information and KPIs to improve results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the site leadership team to deliver excellent services.
• Own the site's financial, commercial and operational performance using KPIs to drive action.
• Oversee membership sales, retention and revenue while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Act as the liaison with Local Council and partner organisations to deliver the contract.
• Develop the leadership team, set objectives and deliver development plans across the site.
