Job summary

Lampton Leisure is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a large West London site. You will manage a 66-station gym, 2 pools, studios, pitches and an onsite café, delivering first-class services while controlling costs in line with our vision.

Lead a cohesive management team, ensure health and safety compliance, and develop strategic plans to maximise profitability while maintaining an inclusive, customer-focused environment for all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience in the leisure or hospitality sector.
• Experience recruiting, developing and performance managing staff.
• Strong financial planning and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre and its facilities.
• Lead and develop the centre management team to meet targets.
• Drive profitability while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ensure health, safety and safeguarding compliance, and contractual terms.
• Build relationships with partners and customers to maximise activity.
