Places Leisure, part of the Places for People Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead Parish Wharf and Strode leisure centre sites, driving excellence in service and community wellbeing.

You will own financial, commercial and operational performance, oversee membership sales and revenue, and develop leaders while collaborating with clients and partners to deliver social value and high-quality customer experiences.

Formación

• Experience in leading a multi-functional operational team.
• Experience in managing a leisure facility or customer-focused operation.
• Proven ability to manage operational, commercial and financial targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Parish Wharf and Strode leisure centre sites and teams to deliver excellent services.
• Own site financial, commercial and operational performance using KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Develop leadership teams, set objectives and support staff through induction and development planning. Work with clients and partners to meet social value targets.
