Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a General Manager for a leading leisure centre site in Surrey. The role focuses on achieving financial targets, strategic and day-to-day management, and ensuring operations align with the Contract Specification.

You will lead the Centre, drive quality management throughout the site, and support staff development while collaborating with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership on specific projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years General Management experience within a large multi-use leisure operation.
• Excellent commercial, operational and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Centre to meet financial targets and contractual specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure Quality Management Systems are followed.
• Develop and support staff to achieve objectives and contribute to projects with Area Manager and Senior Leadership.

Our client is a leading leisure centre and facilities management operator, that operates sites across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a General Manager to join one of their leading sites based in Surrey.

KEY OBJECTIVES

• To ensure financial targets are achieved.
• To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Centre.
• To ensure the Centre operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
• To ensure the Quality Management Systems are interpreted throughout the site.
• To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
• To assist the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team with specific projects.
