Job summary

Tees Active is looking for a customer-facing team member at Billingham Forum to handle enquiries in person and by phone, process sales and bookings, and manage cash with care. The role requires DBS check and a polite, patient approach with customers.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months of recent customer service experience, strong communication, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and empathise with customers.
• Good numerical, literacy, IT skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a Customer Service role.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries face to face and over the telephone.
• Process sales and bookings.
• Handle cash.
• Deal with customer queries and issues in a calm and polite manner.
