Places Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a large team at our leisure centre. You will manage, recruit and train staff, handle customer concerns and drive membership growth while preparing reports and attending meetings.

A flexible approach to shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is essential. We look for supervisory/management experience in a leisure setting and an NPLQ qualification; first aid experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• NPLQ qualification is essential.
• Strong leadership and supervision experience within a leisure facility is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
