Places for People Group, through Places Leisure, is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead a large leisure centre team, recruit and train staff, respond to customers, and drive memberships. This role will require flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You will be a registered first aider with NPLQ and Pool Plant Operator qualifications, focusing on customer service and leadership while representing the Places Leisure brand in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• First aid experience due to registered first aider responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit and train staff.
