Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a busy leisure centre, recruit and train staff, handle customer concerns, drive up memberships and ensure the centre runs smoothly day to day.

You will need to be flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. A NPLQ qualification and Pool Plant Operator qualification are essential, and first aid experience will set you apart. You will report to the centre management team and help deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience within a leisure facility is desirable.
• NPLQ qualification and Pool Plant Operator qualification are essential.
• First aid experience will set you apart from other candidates.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills expected.
