Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited is seeking a Duty Manager for Victoria Park Leisure Centre in the United Kingdom. This full-time role (40 hours) centres on maintaining exceptional health and safety standards and delivering outstanding customer service while leading a dynamic team.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building with customers and staff, and flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Experience in leisure management and related qualifications is desirable.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable but not essential (funded if needed).
• Pool Plant Operators qualification preferred.
• Leisure Management qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of health and safety and customer care within the Centre.
• Develop and promote an innovative leisure programme to increase usage and profitability.
• Assume shift management responsibility to maximise Centre performance and customer care.
