Bennett & Game Recruitment are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a 19m leisure centre project in Salford. You will start on PCSA from Leeds or Sutton-in-Ashfield, then move to site in Salford for an ~18-month construction phase, coordinating design, procurement and delivery with the wider pre-construction team.

You'll oversee programme, budget, quality and client expectations, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants and the supply chain while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong general building experience within main contracting.
• Experience delivering commercial, leisure, education, healthcare or similarly complex building projects.
• Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, including PCSA / pre-construction, design development, procurement and delivery.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of a 19m leisure centre project in Salford from PCSA through to construction.
• Work with pre-construction, design, commercial and planning teams to develop the scheme ahead of mobilisation.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement, quality, health and safety, and project reporting.
• Ensure smooth transition from PCSA to construction and establish site delivery processes.
• Travel and site presence in Salford when construction starts (approx. 18 months).
• Contribute to the growth of the Build Division with a strong project pipeline.
