Job summary

Capital Project Manager role with our client, a nationwide leisure facilities group, delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. You will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure health and safety compliance in live environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering capital projects from concept to completion.
• Experience with refurbishment and/or fit-out in live environments.
• Strong budgeting, planning and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Lead contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, programmes and risks.
• Deliver refurbishment/fit-out in live environments.
