Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team in the Winchester area. You will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, contractors and consultants while driving delivery against programmes and budgets.

Qualifications

• Recent construction project management experience in a consultancy or client-side environment is essential.
• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle and delivering against programmes and budgets.
• Strong client-facing skills with confidence in relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage delivery to programme and budget.
• Prepare programmes, reports, and key deliverables; monitor progress.
• Undertake Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent duties under JCT contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
