Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their employee-owned consultancy, with a hybrid working model and a base in Winchester.

You’ll handle projects from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating design teams and managing client relationships across education and public-sector portfolios. The role offers a competitive salary (£45,000-£65,000), a strong performance bonus (12-15%), generous holiday, and flexible regional working

Qualificações

• Experience in a construction project management consultancy or multi-disciplinary building consultancy.
• Proven track record delivering projects from pre-construction and design through to delivery and completion.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and project management processes.
• Experience coordinating design teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of construction projects from initial pre-construction and design through to procurement, construction and completion.
• Coordinate design teams and ensure effective communication between architects, engineers, contractors and end users.
• Lead client-side project management activities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee procurement processes, tender documentation, contractor appointments and contract administration.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and risks to deliver projects in line with client expectations.
• Work collaboratively across project management, cost consultancy, architecture and client advisory.
