Job summary

This role offers hybrid working with a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 DOE, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, private health insurance, a pension scheme, a car allowance and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage relationships confidently.
• Experience with Contract Administration and/or Employer's Agent duties is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage programmes and budgets.
• Prepare and manage project programmes, reports and documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide updates to clients.
