Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is representing a well-established employee-owned construction project management consultancy seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Winchester or the South West / South Midlands with hybrid working.

Salary £45,000 - £65,000 DOE. You will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, coordinate design teams, contractors and clients, and oversee procurement, budgets and risk.

Qualificações

• Experience in a construction project management consultancy or multi-disciplinary building consultancy.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from pre-construction through to delivery and completion.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, contract administration, procurement and project management processes.
• Experience coordinating design teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Education, healthcare, leisure or other commercial sector experience would be advantageous, although not essential.
• Relevant construction, project management or built environment qualification preferred.
• A proactive and personable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit consultancy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the delivery of construction projects from initial pre-construction and design stages through to procurement, construction and completion.
• Take responsibility for managing the design process, coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
• Lead client-side project management activities, acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Oversee procurement processes, tender documentation, contractor appointments and contract administration.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, risks and quality, ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations.
• Coordinate design teams and ensure effective communication between architects, engineers, contractors and end users.
• Manage a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects, predominantly within the education and public sectors.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across project management, cost consultancy, architecture and client advisory.
