Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a busy leisure/retail environment. You will coach and mentor the team on shift, ensuring the centre delivers outstanding customer service and meets financial targets.

You will work across both back-of-house duties and customer-facing activities to keep standards high. The role offers a 40-hour contract, opportunities for bonuses, flexible working arrangements, and benefits such as staff

Qualifications

• A minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment.
• Be passionate about customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
