Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager in Crawley to lead a busy centre and drive outstanding customer service. You will coach the team, ensure safe, high-energy operations, and support the General Manager with back-of-house duties while front-of-house remains exceptional.

Ideal candidates have 12 months+ management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail, a passion for service, and a track record of developing large teams.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (leisure/hospitality/retail).
• Passion for customer service and guest experience.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to maintain high standards.
