Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced leisure centre. You will coach the team on shift, uphold top customer service standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for guests.

You will be hands-on across all areas and assist the General Manager with back-of-house duties while driving strong front-of-house operations. The role offers a structured development path, a 40-hour contract, and opportunities to contribute to centre profits through performance

Qualificações

• Minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (leisure/hospitality/retail).
• Be passionate about customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Ambition for success.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to maintain high standards.
• Ensure the centre is a safe, fun environment for customers.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and running front-of-house operations.
• Aim to deliver financial targets and service standards.
